Please view your WATER USE and refer to chart below for updated rates. Many times due to the rate increase your bill is correct based on the water used. Please pay attention to the amount used so that you can catch any abnormal usage amounts which may mean that you have a leak.
DeBerry Members will see an additional fee on their upcoming bills. Regulatory Assessment. A fee of 0.5% of the amount billed for water service will be assessed each customer; this assessment is required under Texas law and TCEQ regulations.
New Rates were voted and approved at the March 24,2026 Board of Directors Meeting. These new rates will be reflected on your May 1, 2026 bill which is for water use from around March 15 - April 15th.

As a rule of thumb, if a special tool is required to shut the water off it is probably the Corporation's curb stop and shall not be used by any Member. Member's shut-offs normally require no tools, just turned by hand.*
