DeBerry Members will see an additional fee on their upcoming bills. Regulatory Assessment. A fee of 0.5% of the amount billed for water service will be assessed each customer; this assessment is required under Texas law and TCEQ regulations.
New Rates were voted and approved at the January 14, 2025 Public Board Meeting. These new rates will go into effect on March 1st billings.

As a rule of thumb, if a special tool is required to shut the water off it is probably the Corporation's curb stop and shall not be used by any Member. Member's shut-offs normally require no tools, just turned by hand.*
