DeBerry WSC NO LONGER has a drop box option you can pay by mail to P.O. Box 278, Pay Online using PayStar *fee will be added, or you can set up bill pay through your bank which allows your bank to send us the payment.
IF YOU ARE PAYING ON MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WITH A CHECK YOU MUST PUT THE ACCOUNT NUMBERS ON THE CHECK, IF ACCOUNT NUMBERS ARE NOT LISTED ON THE CHECK MEMO LINE WE CAN NOT ENSURE PAYMENT WILL BE SPREAD TO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AND YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE FEES FOR ACCOUNTS NOT PAID.
All dates listed below are valid unless otherwise stated on the front of your bill.
Payment Due Date: 15th of Every Month
Late Fee Assessment: $10 late fee if payment not received by 15th of month
Disconnection: If payment is not received by date on second notice your meter will be locked. You will be required to pay a Reconnect Fee of $50, Service Trip Fee $20, as well as late fees and your past due amount due prior to service being restored. You will not be able to pay the Operator if water is cutoff due to non-payment. You must make a payment through PayStar or if check is mailed we will no reconnect until check clears. NO CUTOFFS WILL BE RESTORED AFTER HOURS.
Online Bill Pay - Available
We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through our provider, PayStar. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the Pay Your Bill Now button located above or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.
*It may take 5-7 days for payment to reflect on PayStar, if you are concerned the payment select the contact us button on our homepage and we will get back to you.
Note: It is not required to create an account or sign up for autopay in order to pay your bill. You can still pay by simply entering your account number as before.
Payment By Mail - Available
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Online Bill Payment thru Your Banking Institution - Available
Many financial institutions offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via the institutions own online bill payment service. Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to 7-14 business days to post to the customer's account as some banks mail a check to our office, while others direct deposit to us.
