  • Quote for New Service:

    • If a customer is looking to establish new water service at a previously unserviced address, the process begins with a quote. This quote includes: New tap line, meter, & labour, membership, refundable deposit, and customer service inspection (see pricing details below) Please contact us to set up a time for inspection for quote.

For New Installs, Re-Service, Transfers. All forms must be completed

  1. Service Agreement
  2. Deed to show proof of ownership
  3. General Easement *must be notarized (ORIGINAL MUST BE MAILED, NO COPIES)
  4. Personal Information Disclosure Form 
  5. Transfer Form (Member side transferring ownership must be notarized) *For Transfer of Membership Only 

Re-Service Rates Include: Where service previoulsy existed. All forms will need to be filled out again and approved prior to reservice. 

  • Membership Fee: $100
  • Install Fee: $450
  • Reconnection Fee: (if required) $50
  • Additional costs may be required after inspection. An inspection will be made when application is received and a full written quote will be provided prior to install. 
  • Additional admin cost may be required 

New Service Standard:

  • Membership Fee: $100
  • New Install Fee: $1,000
  • Equity Buy In Fee: $430
  • Customer Service Inspection: $150
  • Additional Admin Cost my be required 

*There may be additional costs for engineering fees or administrative fees. You will be informed of any additional costs prior to installation

*Membership as a Transferee*(Service has previously been established and you are transferring ownership onto the account)- You are required to fill out the Membership Transfer form (found under Additonal Service Request) as well as the New Membership forms; Service Application, Easement, Disclosure of Personal Information. PROOF OF LAND OWNERSHIP IS REQUIRED. $50.00 Fee for processing transfer. 

 

For all new meters, the member must install their own cut-off valve on their side and within two feet of the meter. Tariff Section E 20(e) We will install this for you for all NEW Meter Sets. Please note that some existing meter assemblies may not have a cut-off valve. If your property’s assembly is not equipped with a cut-off valve, we strongly encourage you to have one installed before you have a major leak and subsequent large water loss on your side of the line. DeBerry WSC responsibility for service ends at the water meter. All fittings and assemblies (pressure regulators, home filters, etc.) on the customer’s side of the meter are the customer’s responsibility. Finally, we know the leaks can happen at the most inopportune times. If you are not familiar with performing water line repairs on your property, we recommend that you choose a plumber that will respond to your property on evenings or weekends before you have a problem.
