DeBerry Water Supply Corporation is a member-owned, nonprofit water utility proudly serving the DeBerry community in Panola County, Texas. We are locally governed and locally run ,overseen by a Board of Directors made up of volunteer community members who live here, drink the same water, and are invested in doing right by our neighbors.
Our day-to-day operations are guided by a TCEQ-licensed water operator, who ensures our system meets state water quality and safety standards, along with a part-time bookkeeper who manages billing and accounts. Beyond these roles, DeBerry WSC relies on the time, dedication, and hands-on involvement of volunteer board members and community members who keep this system running for the people who depend on it.
We're not a big corporate utility, we're your neighbors, working to provide safe, reliable water service to the DeBerry community.
