How to Request Public Information
Requesting public information is simple. Here's what you need to know to make a successful Public Information Act (PIA) request.
A public information request must be requested using the Public Information Request Form (found below). Simply download the form, fill it out and return it to us via mail to our PO Box or electronically via email to [email protected]. Your written request needs to be for information already in existence. We cannot answer questions, perform legal research, or create new information in response to your public information request.
