Notice of Opportunity to Submit Applications for Director Positions of the DeBerry Water Supply Corporation 2026 and
Requests for Annual Meeting Agenda Items
Dear DeBerry Water Supply Corporation Member,
The DeBerry Water Supply Corporation has two (2) Board of Director positions up for renewal on March 7, 2026. If you are
interested in serving as director for any position whose term is expiring on that date, please fill out and submit your
application per the instructions on the Application Form so your name may be placed on the 2026 Official Election Ballot.
Applications (3 pages) can be found on our website at deberry.myruralwater.com or to receive an application by mail
contact us at [email protected]. Applications must be received by January 21, 2026.
The Credentials Committee will review applications received for completeness which includes verifying that the applicant is a
Current Member. Only one Member in the household is allowed to run for office. Typically, a Member’s name is on the bill. However, a spouse, who jointly owns the property, even though their name is not on the bill, is a Member and may apply.
Finally, Members may also request that items be placed on the agenda of the Annual Member Meeting by sending an email to
